I can’t believe Serena is already ONE! I’ve been photographing this sweet baby girl since she was in her mommy’s tummy. From maternity to newborn, 6 month milestone and now her Pastel Cake Smash, it’s been a wonderful journey with this beautiful girl and her family! I have honestly loved watching her grow up – just like all of my SMP babies! Truly, I have the best job in the world!!!

Pastel Cake Smash in Las Vegas

For Serena’s session, we started off with some Disneyland inspired milestone portraits. This Main Street USA drop has been one of my favorites here in the studio. Afterwards, we moved to some more pastel shots on one of my other backdrops, the carousel! It was the perfect segue into her cake smash!! Serena wasn’t too sure about it at first. But, thankfully her dad recommended that we cut a slice for her to eat and grab. Once we did that, she was all about it!!
