7 Weeks Old | Las Vegas Newborn Photographer
This is by far one of my favorite newborn sessions to date. Â I will admit when I first got the call for this session I wasn’t so sure how well it would turn out because baby was already 6 weeks old and would be 7 weeks by the time we did the session. Â I didn’t promise any poses and thought the whole session would end up turning into a lifestyle session.
When I got there I immediately set up and had mom feed the baby. Â I knew we would start off with a wrapped pose to help the baby fall asleep. Â I got some awake shots in one of my most favorite prop setups. Â She looked like the perfect angel with those wings! Â And sure enough after a moment she was completely knocked out and let me move her onto the blanket to do some posing.
I’m still blown away by how well she did at her session. Â And I love the shot we got of the family. Â I mean it couldn’t have been more perfect with such a gorgeous family!

Love love love the macro photo of the baby’s eyelashes! Such a sweet image. I like that you were able to do some posed photos as well as lifestyle during the same newborn session, good idea!
Oh my goodness- she is an absolute doll!! I would have never guessed she was already 7 weeks old with the beautiful poses. And wow is mom beautiful! Gorgeous newborn session!!
