I am SO excited to be sharing this incredible Neon Boneyard maternity portrait shootout with you that I organized! If you haven’t heard of a shootout before, basically it means that photographers are able to come together and photograph whatever session has been designed. Photographers can then use those images for marketing or their portfolio. And we all walk away with some new friends! For us that session was a colorful and bold maternity session in the Neon Boneyard.

Neon Boneyard Maternity Portrait Shootout

For our shootout, we had eight incredible models pose for us. Most were mamas, but we also had one dad and two children. Each of the models were able to wear at least one Sew Trendy Accessories gown. You know how much I love them! What was the most incredible about this maternity session was that the Neon Boneyard basically gets shut down for a session like this. We had the entire thing to ourselves!! And, what better backdrop could we ask for? All of these amazing old lights were so much fun to photograph – and when you add a beautiful mama in front of them, it’s like magic!

To me, this Neon Boneyard maternity session really says Las Vegas! Between the incredible gowns and the larger-than-life retired neon signs, this shootout was everything I envisioned! I want to give a huge shoutout and thanks to the incredible models who showed up and absolutely rocked this session. And I want to thank the Neon Boneyard for being accommodating and truly an incredible spot to shoot!

I would also like to give credit to the 2 hair and make-up stylists I had helping me out that day.  Lindsey from Vanity & Virtue and Amanda from Makeup by Amanda.  Both of these girls did an amazing job getting all the models ready for the shootout.
